| So...
has your Spring Cleaning begun yet? I seem to be on a
never-ending "Spring Cleaning" mission. I set
goals for what I'd like to do... I get a couple things
accomplished, then before you know it, it's Summer!
I get a little work done in the garage... try to get
the kid's winter clothes swapped out for t's and shorts,
and wham-o... it's Fall! And we all know how fast it
goes from Fall to Winter. How are we expected to clean
during the Holidays? Hello?! It's time to decorate the
house, not clean it! Which brings me back to Spring
again!
Well, we've found some no-nonsense tips for
controlling the clutter year-round. If it can be
maintained on a regular basis, perhaps "Spring
Cleaning" can be permanently removed from my
calendar!

Easter-themed photo contest is in full swing and these
babies all dressed in their Easter best (or cutest, or
funniest) and are waiting for you to come see them! You
can vote for Top Smile, Eyes and Personality, in each of
the 3 age groups. Entries are still being accepted for
babies 19-36 months so get your Easter photos from this
past weekend IN! Here's honey-bunny Delaney, happy as
can be!
Coming in May... the Mommy & Me Photo Contest, in
honor of Mother's Day, with prizes being awarded to Mom
& Baby! We'll also be launching a special "Mom
Care" section at the site, because we know that
Moms sometimes forget to take care of the one who has to
take care of everyone else!

| Today,
leaving my mother's house, I noticed a slug on the
sidewalk and stopped to look at it. Now, this wouldn't
be unusual if my son was with me.
He is a budding scientist who stops to examine every
small insect, spider, and other tiny creature that he
sees. But since my young scientist wasn't with me, I'm
not really sure why I stopped.
Perhaps I stopped automatically because I've gotten
used to stopping to look at these things with him. But
then again, perhaps I am learning to see things through
the eyes of a child.
