Friends!
Let me see a show of
hands of those who have been snowed in the last few
days... I hope everyone has survived that wild weather
and is safe and sound. As for me... I'm a total
weather-wimp. I was born in IL but grew up and
still live in CA. While we don't have the dramatic
changing of the seasons like many of you, the weather is
nice and mild (for the most part). I'm already
getting Spring Fever! How about you?

a recent lunch, a few co-workers were discussing the
worst things about winter. There were the usual
suspects: cold, snow, ice and layers of clothing, but
the other thing the parents of the group all agreed on
was how tired they were of dealing with bored,
housebound kids.
